Vivo V21 Overview
Display and Design
The Vivo V21 features a 6.44-inch display with a Full HD + resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. The display features a 90Hz refresh rate and is an AMOLED from Samsung. HDR10+ content is supported, and its typical brightness is 500 nits. The front camera is enclosed in a U-shaped housing. The phone comes with an optical in-display fingerprint scanner for biometric security.
The phone weighs 176g and has a thickness of 7.3mm. There is a rectangular camera module on the back of the device that houses three cameras and a LED flash. There are two color options for the phone: Dusk Blue and Sunset Dazzle.

There is a 44 MP selfie camera with OIS on the front of the phone. Vivo V21 features a triple rear camera layout on a rectangular camera module. The 64 MP camera features an f/1.79 aperture with Optical Image Stabilizer (OIS), an 8 MP wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture & 120° field of view, and a 2 MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture. As with its predecessor, you can use both the front and rear cameras simultaneously.

In terms of its processor, Vivo V21 runs on the Dimensity 800U. Based on a 7nm process, it’s a MediaTek chipset. The CPU has two Cortex-A76 (2.4GHz) and six Cortex-A55 (2.0GHz) cores. A Mali-G57 GPU is used to handle the graphics. Vivo V21 is available in 4G and 5G variants in international markets, both having the same specifications apart from their network connectivity. Vivo Nepal will be offering the phone in the 4G variant. This device runs Funtouch OS 11.1 based on Android 11.
In terms of memory, it comes with 8GB of RAM and storage space of 128GB or 256GB. According to VIVO, its Extended RAM feature can increase RAM by up to 3GB using internal storage. The internal storage can be expanded with a micro SD card as well, but the V21 will lose its dual-SIM functionality.

The phone comes with a 4000mAh battery that supports 33W of fast charging. This 33W charger (included in the box) will charge the phone up to 63% within 30 minutes, according to the company. For the connectivity options, it features 4G, Dual SIM slot,Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, dual-band, Wi-Fi Direct, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, A-GPS, USB Type-C 2.0, Type-C 1.0 reversible connector, etc. It will be available in Dusk Blue and Sunset Dazzle color.
