About Job
Canada’s of the biggest production factory is looking for large number of candidates to work in manufacturing facility to ensure carboard is produced to their customers. Production workers are responsible to create, assemble and test products or products parts. Production workers are also responsible to ensure all the specification, quality and safety standard of the product before deliver. Production work done with large numbers of workers so working as a team is mandatory with good communication skills. Production workers have made sure production targets are met and that individual and team co-workers are working safety. In production field regular physical requirements are like; pulling, pushing, lifting, moving, stacking through different machine in hot or cold working environment.
Basic duties to perform as production workers
- Monitoring equipment and other machinery devices and fixing any problems detected or inform supervisor.
- Keep workplace and surrounding clean and tidy and free of hazards.
- Observing assembly of product and remove any faulty parts or products detected.
- Check all the product of production to ensure if they meet quality and safety specification.
- Put label, company’s logo and other essential details to finish product after ensure.
- Packing up finished products for shipping and unloading, organizing and stocking shipment.
Basic skills need to be production workers
- Technical skills: Basic knowledge about production machinery to operate.
- Attention to detail: Check all the product of production to ensure if they meet quality and safety specification.
- Problem solving skills: If any problem occurs while working with machinery, production workers need to use their problem skills to troubleshoot the problem.
- Teamwork: Production work done with large numbers of workers so working as a team is mandatory with good communication skills.
- Physical fitness: Production workers need to work most of their duties by standing and walking. They also need to lift heavy machinery or parts, so physical fitness is necessary.
Basic requirement to be eligible
- School certificate or work experience certificate
- Ability to work well in the team environment
- Positive and self-dependable attitude
- Good verbal communication skills and able to read and understand basic English.
- Ability to work in any shift if required.
